History, especially the distant one, is nothing but our representation of history. So little essential data is truly recorded or preserved in our past. On one hand, this provides endless inspiration, but on the other hand, it poses a problem because we do not know the real truths about many significant moments of our history and the Middle Ages. So far, few have seriously engaged with the Serbian Middle Ages in the form of an investigative-educational television narrative. With this series, we have tried to change that, and by creating a quality story, we have managed to attract and educate both older and younger television audiences.
